The Things We Do.........

Cub Camp
This gorgeous spot is Tamaracouta Scout Reserve, a Scouts Canada run camp located about an hour North of Montreal. We go there as often as the budget can handle. The Cubs get really excited about sleeping in a renovated train caboose, and they don't mind the fact the cabooses have no running water!

Quebec Gilwell Reunion Weekend
For one weekend in October, leaders get to spend a really fun weekend away at camp. The weekend is held for leaders with Wood Badge Part II training, and we have a blast! Last year's Friday night theme was "Pyjama Party" and some of the pyjamas worn had to be seen to be believed!

A more interesting picture will be posted soon!!

Would You Send Your Kids To Camp With These Two?
Some of my spare time activities involves Scouting. Every Tuesday evening you'll find me at Ste. Genevieve United Church with the Pioneer Cub Pack. The youth members range from 8 to 10 years of age. The best part of the program are the weekend camps. It gives us a chance to get away from the city and we can really appreciate Mother Nature at her best!
This picture was taken at our Halloween Party in 1997. I am the good-looking one!
